The service
Habi, operated as ByCracus, provides personal habit and workout tracking. Current app features are offered without a Habi subscription or in-app payment. These terms do not authorize future charges; any paid offer would require separate information and agreement.

Accounts and security
You may use local tracking without an account. Cloud and social access require a verified email identity. Provide an email you control, protect your credentials and do not impersonate another person.
Tell us if you suspect unauthorized account access. You are responsible for your use of the service, but nothing here removes our responsibilities under applicable law.
Your content and sharing
You retain rights to your content. You allow Habi and its service providers to store, process and transmit it only as needed to provide the features you request, maintain security and comply with law, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Only share content you have the right to share. Selected habit summaries become visible to accepted friends. Recipients may keep copies; removing a connection cannot retract screenshots.
Acceptable use
Do not harass others, send spam, impersonate people, upload unlawful content or try to access someone else's private data. Do not bypass access controls, automate abusive requests or disrupt the service.
Report abuse or security concerns to polfm3@hotmail.com. Access may be restricted when reasonably necessary for security, unlawful conduct or material breaches. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the restriction and consider corrections or an appeal by email.
Fitness and availability
Habi is a tracking tool, not a medical service, diagnosis or personalized treatment. Exercise examples and statistics are general information, not professional advice or a guarantee of results. Choose activities appropriate to your circumstances and seek qualified advice when needed.
Cloud features depend on connectivity, provider availability and service quotas. Sync is not a guaranteed backup. Keep independent copies of important records where possible. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free operation, and will communicate material service changes where required.
Ending use and consumer rights
You may stop using Habi or request account deletion at any time. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not delete a cloud account. The Account Deletion notice explains the process and limited retained data.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not remove any protection or court access that applicable consumer law gives you.
Changes and questions
The revision date below identifies the current terms. Material changes will be notified where required, and changes requiring your agreement will not be treated as silently accepted in advance. Questions, complaints and deletion requests: polfm3@hotmail.com.
